Figure My Home is a set of free tools that help homeowners, builders and designers answer everyday project questions: how much material, will it pass code, what will it cost.

The tools are built with Modern Acre Studio, a residential architecture studio, and Temelar – Commercial Architecture for commercial projects.

• Prices are typical ranges you can edit — always compare with local quotes.
• Code checks follow the model building codes (IRC/IBC). Your city may adopt different versions or local amendments.
